You can find an estimate of the time it will take to make your order on the product page. Some products are in stock and are dispatched within 5 to 10 days maximum. Others are made to order, and the artisanal confection can take between 6 and 10 weeks depending on the product, the technique and the complexity.

Our return policy has a duration of 14 days. Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
We regret to inform you that refunds are not available for any items labeled as "Limited" or "Made to Order" that have been purchased through our website. However, if you wish to initiate a return for one of these items, we will proceed to an exchange, or will issue a credit note of a value equal to that of the returned item, valid for any future purchases on our website.
To qualify for a return, please ensure that your item is unused and is in the same condition as when it was initially received. It must also be returned in its original packaging. -
All our products undergo artisanal treatment and some of them may very rarely be damaged. If you receive a faulty product, please contact :
